Nicely bookmatched Koa wood back and sides. The top is a very tightly grained solid spruce. The neck is mahogany. The bridge and fingerboard are a very nicely colored rosewood, and really give this guitar the classic Martin look.
The guitar has remained in excellent plus condition, and has hardly been played, at all. Looks like it was built in Nazareth, Pennsylvania last year. A real closet classic.
Has the same bracing style as the D-28 model. It also has a D-28 style sound hole rosette. This Martin has a non-adjustable truss rod as some had in this era. The neck is perfectly straight and playable.
