Electro-Harmonix Deluxe Memory Man with Tap Tempo 1100ms is the ultimate for EHX Memory Man as far as features. One of the most iconic effect pedals of all time. Not counting the EHX Boys and Toy pedals, there are eight versions of the Memory Man.

From ToneReport.com:
This is the ultimate Deluxe Memory Man. As the name implies, it has tap tempo and is capable of providing over a full second of real analog delay (delay times can get much longer with the use of the tap function, although they will become extremely lo-fi) utilizing Panasonic bucket-brigade chips. In addition to those updates, it features an effects loop, allowing various pedals to affect the delay repeats, as well as an external tap switch input and expression pedal capability. The expression option lets players control delay time, feedback, blend, modulation rate, or modulation depth. If that wasn’t enough, it features five different rhythmic subdivisions. It can also be powered with nine volts, compared to the necessary 24 volts of previous models. In short, this is the Memory Man you’ve been looking for.

There have been many versions of the Deluxe Memory Man, including a tap tempo version that was very limited due to a scarce supply of NOS Panasonic bucket brigade chips. However, Xvive has carefully developed its own replica of that chip, and the Deluxe Memory Man with Tap Tempo has been reborn. And oh, what a glorious rebirth.

Electro-Harmonix has found a chip that accurately replicates that highly desired performance of the Panasonic Bucket Brigade chips found in the original Memory Man pedals. Not only does the new MN3005 sound just like the older chips, but their supply ensures the survival of one of the most coveted delay pedals in history. Each of the MN3005 chips has been throughly tested by EHX to ensure they are 100% equal in performance to the Panasonic chips. You get everything that’s great about the older pedals in a more reliable package.

From EHX:
For over 30 years, the Deluxe Memory Man has been the industry bottom line for sweet organic delay and modulation. Prized by serious musicians, the DMM became the definition of attitude and character that still leads the way to analog perfection.

Electro-Harmonix has now created the ultimate Deluxe Memory Man equipped with Tap Tempo 1100mS, Expression Control and an Effects Loop. Adding Tap Tempo ensures that you will always be in sync with the groove, wherever your performance takes you, while five Tap Divide subdivisions deliver rhythmic variation. The Expression Pedal Input provides real time control over Blend, Rate, Depth, Feedback and Delay. The Effects Loop lets you insert effects into your wet signal without changing your dry signal, making the Deluxe Memory Man 1100-TT the most powerful analog delay ever designed.
